Your will be required first to set up a ProKnow account, which can be done by going to this website;
https://proknowsystems.com/ and clicking the “sign up” button on the right-hand side.
Only once this is completed, you will be able to use the link infra to sign in Proknow
After signing in, access all the required details for the plan in the order shown in the image below.
