MESTRO Partnership Opportunities

Dear Prospective Industry Partner:

On behalf of the Middle East Society for Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (MESTRO), our newly founded vibrant society focusing on improving radiation oncology for the 700 million inhabitants in the Middle East, we would like to kindly request your support for the MESTRO 2024 meeting which will be held at Al Faisal University in Riyadh on November 9th to 11th, 2023.

This meeting follows the 2022 edition where 899 Radiation Oncology professionals, including radiation oncologists, medical physicist, therapists, and trainees, from all Middle East countries gathered at Al Faisal for an extensive scientific meeting. The meeting was very well received and the MESTRO Executive Committee received unanimous support to continue on an annual basis. MESTRO is seen as a critical body to enable continuous medical education and provide advanced radiation treatments in a large area.

We recognize that our Industry Partner Hall represents a crucial component of the meeting for most of our attendees. You and your visitors will have a space to meet, network and discuss business, in a professional atmosphere.

Funds are managed by Al Faisal University and help defray the cost of the conference. We offer several levels of sponsorship,

1. Bronze and silver sponsorship ($ 2500-5,000 or more) with acknowledgement of the support in all conference related material, opening and closing remarks, and the MESTRO website;
2. gold sponsorship ($20,000 or more) with a mini booth or poster at the conference entrance, significant recognition in all printed conference material, opening and closing remarks, and the MESTRO website;
3. platinum sponsorship ($50,000 or more) with a large booth, presentation of movies on the lateral screens during plenary sessions, banners in strategic locations, possibility of a 20 mn slot to present your products, and a noteworthy recognition in all printed conference material, opening and closing remarks, and the MESTRO website.
