Chair message for MESTRO 2024 Conference on website:
Dear Colleagues,
I would like to thank you all for another successful MESTRO conference (Nov 9th to 11th 2023 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). The first edition reached 800 attendees, and the second resulted in a significant increase with 1,576 registrants and 1,256 attendees (Hybrid; online and physical).
The goal of our Society is to improve the care of radiation oncology patients in the Middle East through education, collaboration, and research. I am therefore delighted to invite you marking the date of 27 to 29 November 2024 for a third edition of MESTRO at Alfaisal University in Riyadh. In the upcoming years, MESTRO conferences will alternate in GCC and the Region.
MESTRO 2024 will continue presenting updates on the radiation oncology development in the region, summary on treatment of all tumor sites, top ranked proffered papers, workshop, poster walk, industry symposiums, keynotes speakers, and dynamic parallel sessions for Medical Physicists and Radiation Therapists/nurses.
We will ensure a social event in the evening to facilitate members connection and collaboration as requested by attendees.
